Transitional housing is available to homeless families with at least one child under the age of 18 and one parent that is working full-time. Program lasts about 6 months and involves meeting with a case manager throughout the term. The waitlist is about 3 months, so apply as soon as possible to get on the waitlist.Call 303.623.6514 for more information. Available to teen moms, ages 15-20. They are currently taking new applications for their residential program, which includes: a safe place to live for 16-20 months, parenting help, help with finishing school and going to college, human services assistance, and help starting individual's career.
